Allow Me To Introduce Myself

I’m Emily Mallozzi, 👋 the Chief Operating Officer at NextGen Thriving. 👉I joined NextGen Thriving because I was inspired 🎇 by the mission to equip historically marginalized youth with life-changing skills. I’ve spent my career working in the nonprofit sector because I knew in my heart 💗 that I would never be satisfied unless I was making a positive impact somewhere in the world.🌎More than that, NextGen Thriving’s mission hits close to home. 🏡 I grew up with a family member with a disability, and I’ve seen firsthand how difficult it is to navigate this fast-paced world. 🌎

Some people may think 🤔 that #GivingTuesday is just another gimmick to get people to spend💲money over the holidays. But we🫵disagree. It’s actually an important call to action 🛫 that unifies us – yes, to spend💲money – but towards a cause greater than ourselves. What is more important than giving to a charity devoted to improving lives?🫶
